Dependent children:
Initially, children below the age of 19 years are eligible for moving to Canada along with a primary applicant except for children with any physical disorder, mental disability or health issue. For children under the age of 22 years:

• You must be at least 18 years old and live in Canada as a Canadian resident or permanent resident of Canada.

• When an individual is in jail or penalized

• When an individual is declared bankrupt
