• Create an online profile:

• An applicant needs a reference or experience letter printed on company letterhead from the employer to prove the work experience detailed. It must enlist the following particulars including,

1. Name of the applicant
2. Company’s name, and its contact information like address, telephone number and email address
3. Name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company
4. Indicate all positions or job titles of the applicant in the company throughout his/her journey there
5. Job status (working/relieved)
6. List of duties and responsibilities in the company
7. Information on annual salary plus benefits
8. The time duration for which he/she worked in the company including the number of work hours per week 

• In case an applicant is self-employed, then instead of official experience letter, he/she needs to submit the following:

1. Evidence of self-employment income
2. Articles of incorporation or supporting documents of business ownership,
3. Documentation or payment receipts from third-party individuals indicating the service provided by an applicant

• If the work experience is in Canada, then proof may include,

1. Copies of T4 tax information slips
