Work experience:

An applicant must have skilled work experience in any occupation of skilled Type 0 (management jobs), A (Professional jobs) or B (Technical jobs and skilled trades) which he/she would like to pursue in Canada after immigration.

Education:

Minimum secondary education is necessary to become eligible for the program. However, higher levels grant higher credit points and chances of getting the invitation for PR.

Proof of funds:

For an unmarried primary applicant the required amount of funds for Canada pr visa is around 7, 00,000 in INR whereas, if a primary the applicant is married then the required amount is it's 7, 00,000 for him/her, 1,50,000 for his/her spouse (the secondary applicant) and 1,50,000 for his/her every dependent kid.

Nova Scotia Provincial Nomination program

·         An applicant’s age must be lying in a group of 18-49 years.

·         He/she must be ready to stay at Nova Scotia
·         He/she must know how to read, write, speak English or French as well as score a minimum language score in the language proficiency test.
·         He/she must have enough money in bank accounts to support him/her and his/her family in Nova Scotia after immigration.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program:

·         An applicant must possess the minimum qualification including a diploma or certificate.
·         He/she must secure CLB level 6 or 7 in language proficiency assessment scorecard.
·         He/she must possess minimum 1 or 2 years of experience of working in the NOC occupation list.
·         He/she must be willing to live in Ontario only

Family sponsorship:

·         A sponsor must be at least 18 years old and:
o   Canadian citizen or,
o   A person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or
o   A permanent resident of Canada
·         He/she must not be bankrupt or charged with any debt or offense
·         He/she is able to meet the basic requirements of his/her sponsored partner after immigration to Canada
